Relay is a kind of automatic electric switch, and its contact unit includes the plug pins. The relay plug pins is for connecting external electric power and signal in the relay. Their internal ends divide into the ones of tin welding connection wire and spring plate contact switch. So their material must have good performances of electric conduction and easy tin plating.

We use progressive die to produce the relay plug pins so the production is in high efficiency and the quality is guaranteed. The material we use is copper and we will grind the burr on the parts after stamping production to make sure the product performance reach the best condition. And we provide a package service to provide the service of tin plating for customer, so customer can get them away from the following processes and save their precious time.
